For some time now Olive Agencies customers have been asking if we had a catching net suitable for olive harvesting.

After extensive research we found an Australian company that produces quality catching nets to our specifications at a reasonable price. We had looked at shade cloth, hail netting and even fish netting in Australia and overseas but found that most material was too expensive to buy, and then there  was the added cost of sewing it into the correct shape.

Our new catching nets are made of a material that has a 10 year  manufacturer warranty and is fully knitted, which means the net is very strong, durable and will not fray.

Also the net features a webbed edge with handles, so growers will find it easier to move the nets from tree to tree.

The nets are available in two sizes: 5m x 5m, and 10m x 10m.
